Return Policy
FlirtyEyez accepts returns/exchanges within three (3) days of arrival.
Returns/exchanges will only be permitted if products are defective and in SEALED container. (PLEASE CHECK THEM BEFORE YOU OPEN THEM!!!)
(We CANNOT REFUND YOU IF THE PRODUCT IS OPEN, BECAUSE WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WAY YOU HANDEL THE LENSES AT HOME!)
Contact lens acceptable defects are as follows:

Lens is torn or broken
-
Lens is in odd shape
-
Lens is expired
FlirtyEyez is not responsible for lenses drying out or ripping due to customer negligence. Once three (3) days of arrival have passed there is nothing that can be done.
FlirtyEyez does not accept returns due to customer not liking the color or size of the lens.
In the case that FlirtyEyez requests a photo of the product in question to return/exchange you will have 24 hours to provide the photo. After 24 hours are up the photo will no longer be accepted and the return/exchange will not be valid.
In the case of a return or exchange the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and must provide a tracking number to FlirtyEyez
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
FlirtyEyez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
FlirtyEyez is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please triple check your address before completing your transaction.
We DO NOT guarantee that colors will look the same as pictured. Everyone has different pigmentation in their eyes and photos are taken in different lighting which can cause lenses to look slightly different.
We do not accept returns due to size. Please be sure you are purchasing the correct size to suit your eyes.
Return/exchange policy is void if the products have been opened or show any sign of use.
